Vendor Support Opportunities

Welcome to the 2025 Iowa Veterinary Medical Association Vendor Support Opportunities (including VAP)

 

The Vendor Support Opportunities allow your company to support the IVMA in your annual budget and designate where you would like to allocate your sponsorship funds based on what is the best value for your company.
 
The IVMA also offers the Vendor Alliance Program by which your company pledges at the beginning of the calendar year a specific amount to be used that year. There are multiple levels of recognition and promotion for your company:

VAP Program Sponsorship Levels

Platinum	$8,000
Gold	$6,000
Silver	$4,000
Bronze	$3,000

Included in any level of IVMA Vendor Alliance Program membership at no additional cost:

• Associate Membership(s), number of memberships depends on VAP level (value $280 each)
• Subscription to the IVMA monthly newsletter, IVMA Update, for designated representatives (value $300/year/person)
• Recognition in every IVMA Update, conference proceedings, brochures, website and other methods of promotion (value $5,000)

You may choose to support the Iowa VMA and IVMA Foundation through any combination of the following:
            
IVMA Sponsorship Values
Annual Meeting (September) or Winter Conference (February) events:

1. Trade show booth or table (10% discount for both meetings):

• Single booth (2 representatives’ registration & meals)       $1,200
• Double booth (5 representatives’ registration & meals)      $2,000
• Each additional representative                                            $300

2. Speaker/Sessions/Sponsorships

• Full day Speaker Session                                             $3,000
• ½ day Speaker Session                                                $1,500

(10% discount if two or more sessions in calendar year.) Sponsor may give a 2 minute presentation on their company products & services prior to session(s).

3. Evening reception - (10% discount if two receptions in calendar year):

• Beer/Wine                                                                                  $1,200
• Food                                                                                          $1,200

4. Meal Sponsor

• Annual Meeting (AM) or Winter Conference (WC) Lunch                 $500
• Practice Management lunch and break food                                     $1,500
• Continental Breakfast & Breaks (daily) at AM or WC                         $500
  • 10% discount if two or more breaks in calendar year
• Foundation Fellow/Past President Breakfast & Meeting                    $1,000

5. IVMA Tailgate at ISU home football game Sponsor

6. I-Cubs Game & Meal                                                            $500 - $2,000

7. Iowa Animal Hall of Fame Sponsorship                              $3,500

9. IVMA Foundation Sports & Field Day

• Sponsor golf hole                                                                $750
• Sponsor individual golfer                                                     $150
• Sponsor foursome                                                               $600

• Sponsor Sporting Clays & Archery                                      $150-$250

IVMA Foundation Sports & Field Day sponsorship of $750 or more will include your company’s name on an IVMA Foundation scholarship for an ISU College of Veterinary Medicine student. Sponsoring companies will be recognized in the Foundation Focus (quarterly publication to IVMA Foundation Fellows), IVMA Update and at ISU College of Veterinary Medicine Awards night and Senior Banquet. Attendance of 1 company representative at the banquet included.

There may be additional opportunities to sponsor special events.  The value of each event is determined as the event is developed.

The Iowa Veterinary Medical Association will do all we can to recognize your company’s representatives at sessions, meals and events through:

• Signage and promotion of your company
• Introduction of company & representatives at events
• Newsletter recognition and in proceedings and CVM Display monitors
• Company name and logo on meeting and registration information
